I know that my great grandfather Paul H Moran and
his wife Frances were both born in Newport, Co Mayo. Paul was about 8 years
older than his wife and before they left Newport they had one child, a
daughter, Mary Anne ( also known as Marian). The rest of their family was born
in Dublin. Paul was a blacksmith. If anyone has further information I
would be most appreciative.
